It came in a nontraditional box with a protective film. It was a gift for my boyfriend. Everything seemed alright and the screw backs were sturdy. I really hope and pray the stone doesn't fall out. He's been wanting a new pair of earrings for a long time but I couldn't afford to get him a good size real diamond right now. If the diamonds fall out, I'll write another review.
