Great price, but has a design flaw
Instant hot and cold water as promised at a good price. The only issue I have with this unit is the design of the paddles to dispense the water. They are shaped in such a way that unless you are very careful you end up spilling water down the side of your cup and onto the floor as you pull away the cup.

Horrible flaws in design
Horrible design flaw, can't get water without water spilling as you pull away your cup. No way to adjust the paddles that you push your cup up against to get water. What a waste of money and you'd think they would realize this flaw in testing their product before selling it to customers.
