Mary Ruth's organic valerian root extract is the best I ever had! Taste is mild, not strong like most other brands. Easy to take. One bottle last a whole month. No bad additives. Wholesome organic product that even safe for kids. I give it to mine (10 and 14 y. o.) and it helps them to sleep better. Works well for me. Highly recommend!
