my kids love this

My children really have enjoyed this movie. It gets them active and teaches them some good things. My 3 yr old requests to watch it. The price was better than when I checked on ebay. I enjoy doing this video with my kids too.

Good for an indoor Day

I purchased this DVD for my daughter for Christmas. She enjoyed doing yoga with me so I thought it would be a good idea to have something more age appropriate. She and her cousins ages 4 though 7 had fun doing the basic yoga moves. While it appeared simplistic to me, they enjoyed the interaction with each other and their peers featured in the video. Finally the DVD provided a physical outlet on a day that was too cold to go outside

Great way to get your toddler to exercise!

My 5 year old daughter and I enjoy doing yoga together with the "Yoga Kids ABC's, Vol.2" dvd. She told me that it is a very special time for her to share with me. That alone makes this purchase well worth while! I'm very happy I bought the dvd and would recommend it for all kids ages 4 and up. My 3 year old is not interested yet but I'm sure she will be soon.
