Almost perfect replacement
For my boat, these are replacements for the plastic mounts. Those wore out and the center screw fell out. These are slightly smaller, I had to make a new hole to mount, but they work great. I do wish that the description had the measurements included. Length, width and the distance between the mounting holes, center to center.
