not up to typical lure quality

Gotcha dropped the ball on the lures....the back "tail feather" doesn't spread out.....more like a single large strand instead of being fanned out to obscure the back hook. Very disappointing for a gotcha lure. Walmart did great though, getting correct item, proper price, timely delivery.
