What a great quality of a machine!!
We was looking to upgrade our meat grinder and did research on LEM grinders. After reading reviews, we were impressed with the #12 meat grinder. So we purchased it with the dual grind attachment. After the second time we tried it, we ground pork sausage and bagged it, in one grind. It took us about 10 minutes to get 10 pounds grind up and bagged. Very impressed with all of the grinding of the meat and the process at the same time for bagging was impressive. The thing that happened in first grind was that the final grind plate, next to the dual grind bit wasn't tighten enough, but not overly tight. It got plugged up with fat. Just for your info., the foot pedal is a game changer in operating.

This is a great grinder!
The grinder is awesome! It's whips through venison! We initially ground 3 lbs. it went so fast, the plate wasn't even warm! The dual grind feature is excellent. One tip: make sure the meat you feed in is free of (or almost free of) things like silverskin, membrane, etc. that will hang up on the first plate and cause a clog. It makes perfect sense in retrospect; but it was a showstopper while I disassembled the grinder mid grind to pull out all the stuff. Overall, extremely happy with my grinder; and the dual grind feature is a great time saver! Getting the bushing in can be a challenge. I persevered. It's a relatively minor thing. I didn't give a durability rating, because I've only used it a few times; but it seems very well built.

Love it ! it's a beast perfect for me I thought I wanted a bigger one but I think it would have took up a lot of room this one was bigger than I expected. I process about 3 deer a year and ground my own beef and it's perfect I cant keep up with it how fast it grounds the meat.
