Tilt meat mixer.

Pairs nicely with my 32 grinder. Doesn't take long to get a really nice mix and I love the ease of emptying the meat into a meat lug with just a tilting of the mixer. The cleanup is easy as well as the auger comes out of the tub easily so both can be cleaned independently. This mixer saves a lot of time for my meat team that does an average of 600 pounds annually.

First off, a single piece of stamped stainless steel means easier clean up. Second, the finish on the inside wipes clean and rinses off better than cheap models. Both are game changers when doing cured meat. Easy disassembly. Tub ends are sealed with plastic to avoid meat getting trapped. 50 lbs is a stretch however.
