I received my bracelets and watch today and the watch was broken, seems to have particles of dirt or something under the face of the glass and the time adjuster where you set your time does not work properly. I took off the safety piece that keeps the watch from running so the battery doesn't die and tried to set the time but the hands didn't move. The time adjuster moved but the hour and minute hand did not. I had to pull out slightly on the little adjuster to even set the time, and that was after it was already out where it was supposed to be when you change the time. The next issue is the part that the wrist strap goes into and buckles is broken. Its not even attached. The pin is still inside the end but it is warped and will not stay in the holes, and between the 8 and 9 is scratched on the inside of the watch. The bracelets are very pretty, but one of those is warped too. Hopefully this isn't the case with other orders for other people because this would be a beautiful set. I was excited for this to come in, but now I'm not so happy. I can say that delivery wasn't too bad. My item arrived fairly quick.
