Tasty coconut cookies
I love coconut macaroons so I tried these chocolate ones. They're quite different though as these are about twice the size of regular macaroons. So they're large, round, soft cookies instead of what you're used to. I keep them in the refridgerator because too much heat makes them all stick together.
