Not Happy with Purchase at all

Item arrived bent scratched %26 missing 2 pieces. I ordered 2 different sizes. I still haven't received my other one. I wrote to the company. They keep giving me the runaround. I wanted a replacement. They told me their system is down %26 it would take some time to replace. I AM NOT HAPPY!! Terrible customer service. This item is very cheaply made. I do not recommend.

What a nightmare!

What a nightmare! Not enough bolts provided. Some panels missing holes. Gloves provided were a joke - you cannot possibly manipulate the tiny nuts and bolts while wearing those ridiculous gloves (obviously provided strictly to cover their derrieres). Non-existent instructions other than a miniscule set of diagrams. I bought 3 boxes - the first one took 12 hours to assemble. This product absolutely requires a clear set of instructions. I am highly suspicious of their potential lifetime, given the stress of frost heaving. Would I purchase this product had I really known what I was getting? Not on your life!
