Banner not included. Balloon quality good.

Did not come with background banner. However, balloons were good quality, only have 2 pop out of all 144 of them and held plain air well beyond 48 hours. Wish a little more instruction came with the product though. Ended up using a YouTube a video and only fishing line method over the plastic balloon holder strip that was included.
