Made of nylon, CRL Sash Cams attach to the top edge of the window sash and provide the proper operating clearance between the sash and frame. Many window manufacturers use these sash cams, we recommend replacing the sash cams when replacing the channel balances as weathering, age and constant use can make the parts brittle and worn.
