Love the price, I'm trying to eat healthier and these are always local no matter what flavor that are under 100 calories. most importantly I'm trying to have more protein so it's a great snack or addition to a meal to give me that extra protein. highly recommended for anybody who's needing to make sure they're getting enough protein

I don't much care for tuna out of the can (in water since I care even less for the oil), but these are more tasty. The pouch is right-sized for making a sandwich. In fact, one pouch is a bit too much for 1 sandwich, so I often make 2. Convenient not having to mix in the mayo myself. Out of the pouch it is spreadable. You need to use a spoon to get the mixture out of the pouch. Bought these to trial, like them, so will buy again.
