I was not pleased at all with my delivery from DealZone. I have had my groceries delivered several times and never been charged shipping. My shipping charge did not appear until after I had charged my groceries online. I then saw $6.99 shipping charge. I did try to contact DealZone to cancel, I got a very short message to leave my name number and we will call as soon as possible. I left my information. I’m still waiting on the call 😂. But I received an email 12 hours later that said “It is too late” in my opinion it wasn’t too late because a label hadn’t been made and I had no tracking number etc… who would pay $12.53 for two $1.00 bags of potato flakes from Illinois??? 🤷🏻‍♀️
