Standard Prep!Heat oven to 400F.Moisten 6 to 8 (1/2-inch thick) bone-in or boneless pork chops, 2-1/2 lb. bone-in chicken pieces (about 6 pieces), or 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 breasts) with water.1. Shake chops or chicken, 1 piece at a time, in shaker bag with 1 pkt. coating mix. Discard bag and any remaining coating mix.2. Bake on ungreased or foil-covered rimmed baking sheet until done (minimum internal temperature of 145 for pork, or 165F for chicken, when tested with meat thermometer). Bone-in or boneless pork chops, boneless chicken: 20 min.; Bone-in chicken: 45 min. Let chops stand 3 min. before serving.Do not cover or turn meat while baking.

A weeknight favorite fast and easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a classic for a reason, the flavor is zesty, the coating is crunchy and fairly even, I would say other brands have coated more evenly but I like the spots where the coating is thicker and with different texture. I love that it browns up nicely without burning when cooked as directed!

Keeps the Flavor In
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried using Shake ‘n Bake on my schnitzel instead of boring bread crumbs and I really love how they turned out. The prep was easy and the flavor was delicious. I especially like how the pork was nice and moist. I'm planning on making schnitzel again soon and am happy to have a second package to use.
