The only thing that I don't love about them is that they only have one fan speed. The rechargeable one has 3 speeds. I highly recommend both types. They're wonderful for hot days and hot flashes.

About 3 yrs ago, my friend got me a 02COOL neck fan. I'm a menopausal Caregiver, whose clients have their homes quite warm. The breeze from this fan keeps me from being very sweaty, and I use it a good 6 hrs a day! My first fan had dropped so many times, from my hands, causing a loose connection, so I was tickled when I found them online at Wal-Mart :) and at such a good price! I ordered two because they were so cheap. I give the 02COOL fans two thumbs up!!!
