Great to help you get started or restarted after a long hiatus from the gym.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are starting out in the gym or coming back after a long hiatus, take this stuff. You will gain mass and you will see bigger lifts at the gym. The taste isn't too bad either, just make sure you shake it really well. I usually get allergic to headaches from general why protein, but I had no problems taking this. If I took a break for a bit, I would use this to help me build back mass for sure.

That I was treated good and GNC won't steer you wrong
I absolutely love everything about this product. The Mass XXX is the best way to go if you want to improve your strength, weight lifting, and like it says you will see results. I've put on 20 pound's in less than a month. I think it was 3 and a half weeks. So over all it's a great product for anyone even beginner's. And it's not 20 pounds of fat or fluid it's actually 100% muscle mass!

Smooth as silk, Strawberry tastes great
Strawberry tastes incredible and mixes extremely smoothly with milk or water. At 4 heaping scoops of this stuff, I assumed it would feel like drinking sand but its as smooth as can be. I just started using and am no professional builder, so will withhold my judgment of the effectiveness supplement-wise.
