Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very soft and plush rug. Reasonably priced too. Previous reviews mentioned a bad smell?? I didn't have any issues with that. My only complaint is that it's mostly one shade of gray and white. Not a deal breaker, but it's not what I was expecting based on the pictures.

High Quality Rug, Bad Shipping Care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great rug. However, it will come smelly. My guess is these are older rugs not stored in good conditions. Expect it to come with a moldy smell. Small stains as well. Otherwise, the materials are high quality and it is very plush. But the smell alone, I would like a full refund because the rug is no longer usable.

Beautiful rug, but stained and smells

I have now had them deliver me two of these rugs, because the first came and had pink and orange standing and a terrible chemical/dirt smell that wouldn't go away and it also came damp. This time it still has discoloration and a smell but not nearly S damp. I Initially paid an extra fee for next day delivery and when they sent out this last one they didn't do that so it took over a week. I was really expecting this issue to be resolved so pretty bummed. If the rug came in good condition I would have no complaints as it otherwise is beautiful
