Quality is very good. It uses those super hot, small, plug in, high intensity bulbs. While not energy efficient we chose it because it was one of the few lights still available with separate bulbs that can be changed when they burn out. Also, (and this was also very important) the bulbs emit a warm yellowish glow. I have had LED lights fail. There is no way I am spending hundreds for a light fixture with integral LEDs that cannot be repaired.
