Verified Purchase

Horrible Quality Control and Customer Service

I ordered 4 packs of these Schlage door hinges at Walmart.com. The shipment package I received only contained 2 of the 4 packs. I was charged for all 4. Unfortunately, this is not the first bad experience I have encountered with Build.com (the company responsible for fulfilling my Walmart.com online order). If I didn't need these hinges to complete my remodel, I wouldn't bother. Horrible quality control and customer service, not to mention the time spent attempting to receive a refund or the missing product from the shipment. Buyer beware!
