Monitor and protect a wound with or without a device using the 3M Tegaderm film. It's suitable for a variety of wound types, including ulcers and burns, as well as for protecting IV catheter and feeding tube insertion sites. This transparent film dressing also helps when skin is recovering from recent tattoo application or removal. Maintaining a moist environment to support healing, the material forms a sterile, waterproof barrier that helps avoid infection by keeping out contaminants. The sterile transparent dressing is hypoallergenic and latex-free to be safe for delicate, sensitive skin and offers gentle stretch-and-release removal. Picture-frame delivery assists in accurate application over devices and wounds and helps to keep the dressing from sticking to gloves or itself. Each adhesive film dressing is individually wrapped so it's sterile before use. Illustrated instructions are printed on the packaging.

This product is immensely helpful in keeping a wound dry. I am recovering from labral hip surgery and must keep the incision site dry, this has been very helpful. When we have had to change the dressing it has not been too difficult or painful to remove, also a plus. It is thin but adheres very well. I would highly recommend this product.
