. Preparation Time: 6 minutes. Cooking Time: 6 minutes (makes 4-6 servings). Serving Suggestion: Serve with rice or noodles. Ingredients:. ? 1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken meat, diced into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes. ? 2 Tbsp Corn Starch or flour (optional for deep frying). ? 1/2 Yellow onion, diced into 1/2 inch pieces. ? 2 Tbsp Cooking oil. ? 1 pouch Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Orange Chicken. Directions:. 1. Toss chicken with corn starch or flour (optional for deep frying). Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan or work. 2. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until browned. Add yellow onion and red pepper and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes. 3. Stir in entire sauce pouch of Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Orange Chicken. Bring to a simmer, and then serve.
