- The cake board item number CKB01 is made of sturdy high-quality plastic providing distribution of humidity and perfect thermal insulation; this cake board is sized to match the I-Gloo 5.5 cover; overall cake-board dimensions 15-5/8 inch by 23-1/2 inch 397 millimeters by 597 millimeters; cake board has anti-skid ring running around the bottom, adjacent to the edge; the cake board is also ideal for pre-leavening of panettones; use cake board together with cover for food display and transport
- To use, place the cake board on your countertop and the I-GLOO 5.5 cover upside down on top of the cake board; insert the silicone mold inside the cover; pour your different dessert recipes into the mold up to the level you need, evening out each level with a frosting spatula; close over your multiple layers with the cover; and put the filled mold inside the cover on top of the cake board in a blast chiller; then unmold and cut up your finished dessert with a knife or confectionery guitar cutter
- Note: ONLY the silicone mold in this set is oven safe, NOT the polycarbonate cover or the plastic cake board; ALSO, the silicone mold in this set will be tiffany blue as a one-time production by Silikomart until the company's current stock of it runs out or until our stock of it runs out; afterward the mold will be black
