This shampoo (and the goddess strength conditioner I just bought somewhere else) make my hair soft and smooth. I have 2b/2c hair and I can actually let it air dry with nothing in it and it is not frizzy and thin feeling like it used to be. I can dry it curly or straight and my hair feels soft and healthy.
