Denise Austin's Personal Training System DVD. This really is low impact cardio as advertized which is truly appreciated by one on a slim budget. The toning sessions are also for beginners. I love that I can separate the low intensity sessions from the intermediate and high intensity sessions so I don't have to while exercising. I like her training methods and find her knowledge credible bevause of her formal education. In all fairness, I had expected more information regarding "How To" designing my own system. But I knew I couldn't go wrong with one of her videos other than working out at too high of a cardio intensity level for my present health condition. Thankfully I have experience with toning that down on my own with some of her other videos. I wish it was easier to find some of her older videos. Even then she was doing floor work very similar to Pilates exercises.

I love and try to buy all of Denise Austin tapes, It's medium stress on bones which is needed for my fx rt hip due to arthritis .It's the best therapy and doesn't leave my hip ace.

Great workout DVD

This video is really great. I did everything on the high intensity before I was pregnant and got a great workout and I love now that I am 8 months pregnant I can still use this DVD by picking the "low" workouts!
