Small charm bracelet

This bracelet is very pretty and shiny but I am already having trouble with mine. If this is supposed to be solid then it should not be tearing apart on the end. I liked it enough when I first received it and I threw away the package and the invoice which came with it. I would have returned it if I knew it was going to come apart this easily .
