Insane Health Benefits!

I love this stuff. I'm super huge on health shakes and healthy smoothies, so I'm always looking for superfoods and super healthy supplements to add to them. I purchased this because I had read about the myriad of benefits. It's very salty, like any sea vegetation, but that just means YOU decide how you want to get it into your body. Some folks just toss a serving in their mouth but I like to add mine to my health shakes, especially a nutty one or a coffee shake. It often makes it taste like salted caramel if you add the right stuff. I typically sweeten the shakes with organic banana and a little bit of organic unsulphured blackstrap molasses. So good. A serving can be added to soups as well.

CAUTION! Extremely SALTY!

I recommend a taste test before adding to anything, especially smoothies! I made quinoa and black beans, the seamoss goes good with those foods. I recommend it for soups, stews and casserole dishes. Use it as you would salt. I see why seamoss powder is usually mixed with bladderwrack and burdock root powders for balance; combined it's called Bromide Powder. I can tolerate 2 scoops of that in a smoothie.
