Oatmeal Cookie Type Extract, Natural & Artificial was developed fro use in beer and cider. This flavor is reminiscent of freshly baked oatmeal cookies spiced with cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer and cider start at 0.10% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved.
