So far, I like it
I have not used this product long enough to know the full benefits that it may offer. I do feel that it helps my energy levels. The brand is one I trust and the price was reasonable. I prefer using the powder form of TMG so that it is easier to control the dose. I add it to my water and I can not taste it at all. The only negative is that it is hard to get the tiny scoop out and hard to use it in the small container. To deal with this, I transferred the product to another container that makes it easier to use the scoop. I will continue to buy, and use, this product so that I will be better able to judge it's long-term benefits, but for now, I am happy with it.
