Super for nails and hair
I had brittle nails and hair loss problem. As I know now, one if reasons was my love to poached eggs, because liquid yolk leads to lack of biotin. Now I feel much better, nails became stronger, hair loss - reduced. I also read, that biotin couldn't be overdozen, is needed for energy and metabolic health
