For women health
I started taking Shatavari after reading about its benefits for hormone balance and overall wellness. One thing to note is that Shatavari has a mild earthy taste, which may take a little getting used to if you're taking it in powder form. However, I found capsules on iHerb that work perfectly and are convenient to take daily.
