I usually purchased regular Niacin (as nicotinic acid) bottles. RecentIy I feel the skin flush on me become very uncomfortable and unbearable. I switched to this type of flush free Niacin feel OK. I hope the efficacy would be the same .

Too big
These capsules are too big, which makes them hard to organise into daily containers with other supplements. Will look for small capsules/pills next time I'm buying niacin. Too bulked up with extra ingredients.
