I was skeptical at first, but my son and I both have horrible immune systems and we get sick from everything. so I definitely recommend to use this if you have immunity issues like my family we use a half a pack for my eight-year-old son with Tea mixed with water. and I take a full pack. I am a 34 year-old adult definitely mix it with something other than just water as you may or may not like the taste. My son does not like anything acidic or citrusy so I have to hide it in his ear says things which seems to work. He barely tastes it.. I do recommend that you shake it to mix it in not stir it as I feel like it's still a little bit pottery, but I'm also very picky about powdery things. very awesome and easy to use and a great thing to add to your immunity. Take it when you start noticing the symptoms of sickness I recommend anybody again that has any immunity issues who gets sick extremely a lot and who needs a break from being sick.. great price for great quality!
