Didn't get what I actually ordered.

I ordered this particular fan and was sent an 18 in fan totaly different from what I ordered. Then I had to find a UPS STORE to send it back. I hesitate to try to get the one I want since they couldn't get it right the first time. Not at all satisfied with the service. Obviously whomever sent it didn't make sure of the item ordered before sending it.
