GREAT and Not So Great

I'm on concrete for 12.5 hour shifts and I'm an old guy, so I needed shoes that were light, sturdy and comfortable. These are the BEST safety shoes that I've EVER worn!!!! I ordered these shoes and received them within a week!!! I also ordered the WOLVERINE safety shoe socks (AMAZING)!!!!! I loved them so much that I ordered a second pair of the WOLVERINE safety shoes for working around the house, BUT, the one NEGATIVE that I've had with WOLVERINE is that it's been over a MONTH and so far, there is no sign of them being shipped to me.........

Incredibly good for the price!

Incredibly comfortable and surprisingly lightweight (or at least not heavy) shoes for the price point. I have yet to have sore feet from walking around in these all day! The only catch is they aren't slip resistant, so if your job requires hard toe and slip resistant shoes, you may want to look elsewhere. Other than that, I can't recommend these shoes enough.

Wolverine's Amherst II Excellent work shoe

I'm 69 & I work 4 - 10 hour days on cement floors of the chip foundry testing safety showers & eyewash stations. This will be my 2nd pair of Amherst IICarbonMax work shoe, which I 1st ordered 1/2/22. I had read @ Amhurst II in a June 2021 FamilyHandymam magazine issue. The weight & comfort far surpass the Skechers steel toe safety shoes. Amherst II is an Excellent safety work shoe that I highly recommend.
