if you've never tried black garlic you should do so now. unlike the sharpness of regular garlic, this has a much smoother, sweeter, almost nutty hint to it, I find it quite delicious when finely diced and simmered in butter then spread on thick sliced homemade bread. try black garlic, it's nothing like you imagine

This fermented garlic has a unique taste that enhances many different dishes. Oddly it has both an earthy taste and a mildly sweet taste at the same time. I cook with a lot of garlic and this gives things an extra flavor boost. I even put it on my cheese in grilled cheese sandwiches. Amazing :)

They are very healthy and good to eat. it best to take one a day or every two days because they are 100 times more stronger than tegular garlic. They are very great for your health and for prostate as well. They have a some what of a strong order but they are sweet to the tatse. This is a great organic product. And if you give them to children take whole one and cut it into 4 slices and distribute 1 to your child 6 and up. Good for immune health!
