Product details
These Premium Cardboard Cake Boards are perfect for all your bakery and dessert applications. Lift, transfer, and carry your cakes without worrying about damage. Not only is it perfect for circle cakes, but it is also a suitable base for pies, confections, and cheesecakes, and can be used as a tray for other desserts such as cupcakes, and pastries. Thickness: 3.5mm each Cake Board. Made from food-grade and lightweight cardboard which is sturdy enough to support cakes without bending upwards, and the flat cake board surface won't damage the bottom of the cake. The edges are smooth and don’t have any nicks in them. The top has a high finish and the bottom is craft. Bleached white one side with a grease proof finish. Oil and moisture are not absorbed. NOTE: General rule, for fruit cakes you should use a board 3 inches larger than the cake and 2 inches larger for sponge cakes.
