For health reasons I had to switch from black and white pepper to pink. I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and flavorful pink pepper is! It is mildly peppery and slightly fruity. My only gripe is that the included grinder is not suited for these peppercorns, as they seem softer than black and white pepper.
