Aromatic and full of zesty flavor

I couldn't believe how good this rice is! I sautéed some orzo in the olive oil before adding liquid and rice, making it into a pilaf. Made enough for 2 meals, and plan to use the rest with my chicken teriyaki, adding some frozen peas. Just can't recommend it enough.
