Grillmark Adjustable Grate Small 17" X 11.75" To 21" X 14.5"

This item did exactly what it said it would. I have used it to cover the propane grill burner, and placed lava rock on top for more even cooking. I do like how, when juices and fat from food, drips onto the lava rock, causing it to smoke and/or flare up; giving a more authentic flavor to grilled food. The grate does glow red however, if I have the gas burner on high. Overall fairly satisfied just be aware of you open this to its full extension it becomes flimsier.

Purchased 2 grill grates that are adjustable. One grill fit perfectly and was level on one grill side. Other grill grate was not level and wobbled on the grill itself. I switched grill grates sides and it again occurred on the switched side. I attempted to email the company, Sale and Life Company, but couldn't connect with them. I called the toll free number in N.Y. and was told to take a photo of the grill grate and send it along with an explanation of the problem. If they confirmed there's a problem, they'll give me a 50% refund. 50% satisfaction??? Very disappointing!!!
