Terrible customer service but good tire

The tire was great for the price but the customer service was horrible. The associate tried to give us a hard time picking up the tire even tho we provided the order number and pick up name. The manager had to be brought in to resolve the issue. Also my installation appointment was cancelled without my consent.

Misleading Information

The tires are perfect for my needs, my only MAJOR issue is Walmart does not do installations of tires on rims over 20” inches!! BEWARE!!! That is very misleading because there is nothing that states this BUT purchasing online allows you to purchase ANY size tire , get the warranty and make an appointment for the install and you don't find out until you get to the store that they don't install them !!! Very Misleading!!! A waste of a persons time!!
