Mutti is as good as they say

Price was a bit higher than I usually spend for small cans but these are supposedly %231 in Italy so think Italians would be the best judges. Used 2 cans. Did cut the hard stem ends off the tomatoes...I think it was worth the effort. Nice light sauce. Mildly sweet and not acidic tasting. You may want to add paste to sauce to thicken it. Added roasted garlic and fresh basil and fresh oregano. Simmered with a pork country rib in it. Cannot find Mutti other than Acme has jarred sauce and large can of crushed which I just bought. Will compare jarred to mine. Jarred Mutti sauce won a blind taste test by restaurant chefs...beat Raos. only negative is price but did get free shipping thru Walmart which helped. Only sold by case of 6 cans.
