My first gyroball and it works really well! Goff grip strengthened as it can spin pretty fast

This is a manual windup and has to be manipulated to keep it going. It is not very strong but it is ok. The movement required to keep it spinning is a pretty good exercise and possibly what they were aiming for. Do not think you just turn it on and let it twist away. It would be nice if it was a little heavier but for the price it works. Like all exercise equipment you get out of it what you put into it. It appears sturdy and well made so I am getting good use out of it. I had a lot of hand pain in my knuckles and it was hard to make a fist without pain, After a week it seems to have helped the pain dissapate.
