I bought this because I hate pills and I love the idea of a reasonably priced liquid probiotic. After taking it for ~2 weeks, I feel like I have noticed a difference in my digestion. I am someone who struggles with digestive issues, so that means a lot to me! Taste: Absolutely fine. I mix it with a little water and drink it like that.

So, let me say i ruined my health, and at the same time my gut health. I have developed a dairy intolerance. Holiday time came along 12/14 last year and i had more dairy then my body wanted, or needed even close to it. Cramps for weeks after that. Only got a little better here and there. It was starting to effect my eating some even. So, someone told my wife about SCD products and said it helped them and recommended them for anyone using Probiotic's. Im on my second round now of Essential Probiotics and Herbal Probiotics. Let me say, there is a 100% difference in how the intestines are felling. Still some discomfort here and there but nothing like before. I use 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I see myself continuing this and maybe more in the future. So long as they are around, ill be a customer.
