It's a good cat tree.
It was actually better than I expected. It was packaged well and went together nicely. One of the toy balls fell off from the start. Our mom cat and her two 11 week old kittens Love it. They are all 3 napping on it as I leave this review. They were so curious as my daughter was putting it together and ready to see what it was all about. Mom cat is 8 lbs.

Good product, a bit expensive
"My cat took a while to realize that some parts made good scratching posts, but he figured it out eventually. He has grown to love it. However, I didn't even assemble the hammock part. Just put it on the floor in front of the cat tree and he likes to sit in it sometimes."

Easy to keep clean
This our third cat tree and by far the best one. It was easy to put together. Read the instructions. I like the fact that there is no carpet to collect hair. The cushions can be washed . The sides are not covered with carpet and can easily be wiped down. It was purchased for one cat in particular. He took to it right away. We put it in front of one window and it is the perfect height ( window sill ) for him to watch the world go by. It does not tip over when he jumps up on it and he is a big cat.
