My lab report came back that I was super low on Vitamin D and this vitamin b12. The Dr said he could write a prescription for both but my insurance will not cover vitamins so he told me what to look for at Walmart and I did and got both and feel so much more energy. I was to the place that I could work about 20 minutes and had to lay down or sit down as I just could not go. Now i am back to working a few hours and still have a little energy left.
