Smallest size 7 in the world

I ordered this ring in a size 7. I received it today and it is beautiful. However it is so tiny it wouldnt fit a 7 year old. So I went on line to order another one so I would get it in time for Christmas. Of course, they are out of stock. So instead of refunding my money they sent me a little baby ring. How nice.
