I use it twice a day and this specific product was highly recommended by my physician when he found out I was building muscles and spend couple of hours at the gym daily. Great protien for athletes

If you know anything about protien you'd know , or SHOULD know, that hydrolyzed protien is the most filtering process. Means more bang for the buck so to speak, more protien per serving size as well as better absorption. The price is great for this brand compared to other stores. You'd probably be $10 plus or more anywheres else. Hopefully Sam's will continue carring this products !
