It is long enough to fit long torsos like mine. I am 5'9". I wanted my purchase to be firm control but enough so I could still breathe. Mine is a little on the snug side. But I am sure that is is just my body size. I am 245. Maybe a larger size would fit better. I didn't repurchase or exchange because the next size up was out of stock. For the price I will hang onto it to use when I drop a few pounds.
